Belgium is situated in Western Europe directly south of the Netherlands. In March 2006 the Director of the VDL Jonkheere factory from Belgium agreed with the Minister of Finance of Ghana to produce, finance (Belgian Finexpo Grant) and ship 63 new VDL commuter buses to augment MMT fleet.
