The depot of MMT is based in Tamale, the economic and
administrative capital of the Northern region. From Tamale CBS scheduled
buses apply on long distance routes in the region.
In May 2006 a new pilot project started in Yendi. It is now possible to
take every hour a bus that runs between Yendi and Tamale. From this high
frequent service passengers have the opportunity to transfer on buses to
Zabzugu and Bimbila/Wulensi from Yendi and all other routes from Tamale.
MMT opens up the east of the Northern regions for economical and
educational activities.
