The ORET grant is an agreement between the Dutch government (represented by FMO) and Ghana. Buses that are purchased by the ORET grant contract include the following conditions:
       35% gift of the Dutch government and 65% loan.
       All buses are manufactures at the Neoplan factory in Kumasi
       They are accompanied by technical expertise from a Technical Manager.

The Dutch ambassador Mr. Adri van der Wiel hands the buses over at an official ceremony to the Minister of Transportation, Hon. Dr. R. W. Anane (MP) and management of MMT.
