On the 13th to 15th October, 2010, the traffic operations department and the finance depart were in Kumasi to hold their mid-year review conference in Kumasi.
The Traffic Operations Department held their conference at the Splendor Hotel while the Finance Department held theirs at Hotel Joyflux.
The purpose of these conferences was to review the performances of these Departments during the first half of the year.
They also revised ways to improve upon their service to chalk successes for the company by the end of the year.
Both Departments, joined later by the Audit Department held a grand conference to discuss ways of coordinating their operations in order to achieve a common goal for the company.
